General administration duties

Bank reconciliations
Working with Xero and CollSoft software
Assisting with financial records and reporting
Supporting day-to-day office operations

What We’re Looking For

Experience in bookkeeping and administration
Knowledge of Xero and/or CollSoft preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
