Full job description

The Fish Box is expanding, and we’re looking for a friendly, organised Host/Hostess to join our award-winning team. We’re a family-run, fast-growing restaurant that catches its own fish on our family boat, serving some of the freshest seafood in Ireland.

Role Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guests on arrival
Managing reservations and waitlists
Coordinating seating and guest flow during busy service
Communicating clearly with FOH and kitchen teams
Ensuring an excellent first impression and overall guest experience

Organised and able to multitask
Calm and confident in a busy environment
A good communicator and strong team player
Reliable, positive, and professional
