Full job description

Learn ecommerce growth in the only quarter that really tests it

Most marketing internships hand you a content calendar in a quiet month and hope for the best.

This one starts in September and runs through Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Christmas peak the ten weeks that make or break the year for a DTC brand. You'll see budgets scale, creative get tested to destruction, and email lists get worked harder than at any other point in the calendar.

Leading Social is a Dublin performance marketing agency working with Shopify DTC brands across beauty, wellness and consumer. We run paid social, search and retention for brands in Ireland & USA. You'd be joining the team that owns organic social, email and audience growth for our clients and for our own brand.

What you'll actually do

Plan, write and schedule organic social content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Build and send email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo including the BFCM sequences that do the heavy lifting in November
Grow our newsletter and community audience: list growth, sign-up flows, referral loops
Pull performance data and turn it into something a human can read what worked, what didn't, what we do next
Sit in on client calls, campaign planning and post-BFCM reviews
Get your hands dirty with the AI tooling we use daily for research, creative production and reporting
If you're up for it: appear in the content yourself talking-head videos, product pieces, behind-the-scenes at the agency

You'll be given real work with real outcomes attached. You'll also be given someone senior to check it before it goes live.

Who this suits

You're finishing or recently finished a degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism or you're self-taught and can show the work
You're online enough to know what's working on TikTok this week and why
Any hands-on experience a personal account you've grown, a society page, a side project, a Shopify store

Major bonus: you're a content creator yourself, or you're open to becoming one. Comfortable on camera, happy to front a video, able to make something watchable on your phone in twenty minutes. This is the single biggest thing that will move your application up the pile.

You do not need agency experience, a following, or a ring light. We'll teach you the tools.
