We’re now looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing culinary team, working across both Jasper’s Restaurant and Crown Bar Kitchen. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high‑quality dishes across both Jasper’s Restaurant and Crown Bar Kitchen, ensuring consistency, flavour, and presentation are maintained at all times
- Taking full ownership of your section, including prep, service, and close-down, while maintaining calm control during busy services
- Working confidently across different menus and service styles, adapting to the pace and standards of each kitchen outlet
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and company standards at all times
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations, service execution, and smooth running of the kitchen
- Mentoring and supporting junior chefs and kitchen team members, leading by example and fostering a positive, team‑focused kitchen culture
- Ensuring all workstations, equipment, and storage areas are kept clean, organised, and service-ready throughout each shift
- Assisting with stock control, deliveries, temperature checks, rotation, and correct storage of produce
- Actively contributing to menu execution and kitchen organisation, ensuring prep is completed to the required standard ahead of service
- Playing a key role in reducing food waste and supporting sustainable kitchen practices
- Communicating effectively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, quality-driven kitchen
- A genuine passion for food, presentation, and consistency
- Experience or willingness to work across multiple kitchen outlets
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls
- A calm, focused approach under pressure in a fast-paced service environment
- A positive team player who communicates well and supports colleagues
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
