Rose Clinic Bray is a specialist women’s health clinic providing compassionate, high-quality care in a calm and welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail in everything we do.

The Role
We are seeking a kind, capable and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our team three days per week, starting mid-June 2026.

Monday 9am–4pm
Wednesday 10am–5pm
Friday 9am–4pm

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, supportive and professional clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming patients in a warm and patient-centred manner
Managing appointment bookings and patient queries efficiently
Monitoring clinic payments and financial tracking
Assisting with stock ordering and clinic organisation
Supporting clinicians with administrative tasks
Managing patient results and investigations
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is highly desirable
Strong computer literacy and confidence with practice management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Professional, reliable and proactive
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
