Full job description

We have both full-time and part-time vacancies for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our new Padel Coffee Dock. (NB partime role is midweek & weekends so may not suit students)

This role is ideal for someone with barista experience who also has a genuine passion for sport, community building and ideally an interest in padel. You will be responsible for delivering excellent coffee and customer service while helping to create a vibrant and welcoming padel club atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and refreshments.
Deliver exceptional customer service to members and visitors.
Manage the day-to-day operation of the coffee dock.
Promote the club through social media and digital content.
Organise social events, tournaments and club activities.
Support membership growth and community engagement.
Ensure courts and surrounding facilities are clean, safe and well-maintained.
Act as an ambassador for the club and help grow participation in padel.

What We're Looking For

Previous barista or café experience.
A friendly, outgoing and proactive personality.
Strong social media and digital communication skills.
Excellent organisational and customer service abilities.
Interest in padel or racket sports is highly desirable.
Someone who wants to champion the sport and contribute to the growth of the club.
