We are now hiring a Legal Executive to work as a Case Manager in Jacob Law

At Jacob Law, you will operate at the legal side of the transaction — managing conveyancing files under solicitor supervision while delivering a best-in-class client experience.
The Role
As a Case Manager, you will:
- Run a pipeline of conveyancing files under the supervision of our legal team
- Be the main point of contact for clients, banks and estate agents
- Drive transactions forward proactively
- Manage timelines and ensure all parties are aligned
- Deliver clear, confident and professional communication
- Maintain exceptional organisation and file accuracy

Who We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who:
- Ideally have experience in legal conveyancing matters, estate agency, banking, mortgage processing or financial services
- Are used to managing high volumes of active transactions
- Thrive on deadlines and structured processes
- Have excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service
