Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver activities that support resident wellbeing

Encourage participation and tailor activities to individual needs

Build relationships with residents and the local community

Maintain records of engagement and participation

Support audits and ensure compliance with care standards
About You
-
QQI Level 5 in healthcare or related field
-
Experience working with older persons (desirable)
-
Creative, positive, and engaging personality

Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Flexibility required as role will involve working weekends, bank holidays as required
Manual handling certificate desirable
