Full job description

Tailormade Coaching Tipperary Town is looking for an exceptional Head Coach to lead our team and own the performance of our facility. We operate 8 locations across Ireland delivering small group personal training and we are growing fast. This is a leadership role for someone who is ready to take full ownership of a gym and the people in it.

Our mission is to "provide personal training with a personal connection to yield undeniable results." The Head Coach is the person who makes that mission a reality every single day.

The role involves:

Full ownership of the Tipperary Town facility — performance, culture, people, and commercial results
Delivering Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions to the highest standard
Leading, developing, and managing a team of coaches through regular 1-to-1s, feedback, and performance reviews
Owning the gym's member growth and retention targets
Onboarding new members and conducting initial consultations
Running weekly team cohort meetings
Submitting weekly performance reports to the Area Manager
Maintaining facility and coaching standards across all areas
Promoting the brand through social media as per the company schedule

What we are looking for:

Previous coaching experience in a personal training or group fitness environment — essential
Previous leadership or management experience — essential
A genuine passion for people, coaching, and results
Someone who wants to grow within a fast-scaling business
