Full job description

DWK are one of Ireland’s leading Kitchen retail specialists. With one of the largest modern showrooms in Ireland located in Edenderry Co Offaly and a second showroom in Saggart Co Dublin we are easily accessible from all corners of Ireland.

We're seeking an Accounts Assistant to step into a broad and engaging position supporting our busy administration team. .We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed and grow in your new role.

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices: Enter invoices in the system, making sure prices are as per agreed price lists, check that incoming invoices line up with approved POs and follow up when something is inaccurate with procurement or suppliers
Complete Supplier reconciliations monthly and follow up with suppliers on missing invoices, pricing queries, outstanding credit notes or any discrepancies that need attention
Complete bank reconciliations daily Input and reconcile company credit card transactions, regularly check bank activity against the system and sort out any differences.
Help with monthly management accounts: Support the finance team with month-end tasks like journals, reports, and other information needed.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in a similar role.
An Accounts Technician qualification (desirable, not essential)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage their workload and meet deadlines
Strong IT skills, including knowledge of and experience with Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
