Full job description

Tusker Construction Group is based in Co. Monaghan. The Business is Family owned, and managed, with over 30 years of experience in all areas of the construction sector their success is a strong testament to the supporting divisions within the group such as Crane Hire, Plant Hire, Construction & Demolition, Steelworks, Haulage, and Waste Recycling.

As part of our on-going growth we are now looking to expand our team and have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Digital Design Coordinator to join our team.

Requirements:

Educational qualification in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing.
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Creative thinker with the ability to produce compelling, audience‑focused content.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and generate insights, with the knowledge of AI tools to enhance visibility.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
· Experience using graphic design platforms to create visual content.
· Team‑oriented and highly collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Develop digital marketing strategies to strengthen Tusker’s presence across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Create engaging, audience‑focused content that highlights Tusker’s divisions, services, and brand identity.
Implement targeted social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
Monitor social channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Analyse social media metrics using analytics tools to evaluate performance and make data‑driven improvements.
Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance digital engagement.

Marketing Coordination

Plan, coordinate, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and events.
Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Write and edit marketing copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
Lead the events and sponsorship strategy, including planning, logistics, promotion, and on‑site coordination.
Plan and attend relevant events, expos, and sponsorship activities.
Cultivate relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.

Digital Design & Content Creation

Create high‑quality visual content including social media graphics, brochures, posters, presentations, and promotional materials.
Support website content updates, landing page visuals, and digital design improvements.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
