Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Foreman to oversee daily operations on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will coordinate trades, supervise site activities, ensure health and safety compliance, and help deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
Coordinate subcontractors, labourers, and suppliers
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
Monitor health & safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics
Report progress, issues, and delays to project management
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
Ensure compliance with building regulations and company policies

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site management
Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Safe Pass / CSCS card (or relevant certification)
Full driving licence

Pay: €45,000.00-€70,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
