Our Spa team are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Spa Therapist to join their professional, highly skilled team on Full time or Part time basis. Job description:
To provide the highest level of spa treatment therapy to in-house guests, members and non-members alike. To ensure you achieve set targets for productive hours and retail sales by a thorough understanding of your product and self-promotion of yourself to your clients in order to build your own, consistent member and non-member clientele.
The Role:
- To deliver the highest level of consistent spa treatment & therapy at all times
- To deliver the highest level of professionalism at all times.
- To ensure absolute client confidentiality at all times.
- To be instrumental in the promotion and selling of spa treatments – leading to bookings & re-bookings
- To reach set targets for productive hours & re-bookings
- To reach set targets for retail sales
- Responsible for the delivery of your client ‘journey’ – meet, greet, host, pamper, finish, take to desk, handover
- Team player in the promotion and sales of membership, products, gift vouchers
- To ensure accurate stocktaking and stock levels at all times & for monthly stocktaking reports
- Meeting and greeting, directing and serving of all guests who cross your path
- Accurate treatment administration & record keeping
- Responsibility for the correct handling and recording of revenue and any monies you might take through the business
- Ensuring all areas offer a clean and safe environment
