WE'RE HIRING !! Solar Admin/ PA 30K / 35K / 20/ 30 HR PW

Based Navan, Co.Meath Join our growing renewable energy team!

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Solar Administrator / Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing solar business. This is a varied role combining office administration, customer coordination, and personal assistant duties to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Solar Administration

Manage customer enquiries and schedule appointments
Prepare quotations, paperwork, and installation documentation
Liaise with suppliers, installers, and utility providers
Maintain project records and update CRM systems
Assist with grant applications, compliance paperwork, and customer follow-up
Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

Personal Assistant Duties

Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Organise travel, bookings, and general administrative tasks
Assist with document preparation and reporting
Support senior management with day-to-day business and personal admin tasks

Requirements

Previous administration or PA experience (solar/renewable energy experience an advantage)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and customer service ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Experience using CRM or scheduling systems preferred
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
