This FP&A Manager job in Co Mayo (suitable also to those living in Galway, Roscommon, Leitrim and Sligo) is a newly created position in an internationally successful company that are expanding rapidly through mergers and acquisitions, with plans to grow to €1bn in revenues in the coming years.
As part of that growth, they want to formalise their FP&A function and set up a specific FP&A department, headed up by a newly appointed, FP&A Manager.
As their newly appointed FP&A Manager, you will have 360 degree view of the business as you provide sound financials to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to support operations, commercial and strategic decisions. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will have full autonomy across all FP&A activities including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, as well as stock and margin analysis, business partnering to senior operations and commercial stakeholders, and partnering with the corporate finance team on ROI analysis of acquisitions and strategic projects.
Based in their HQ in a beautiful area of the West of Ireland, you’d have opportunity to travel to their other manufacturing and distribution centres worldwide as you partner with them on all things FP&A. And as the company continues to grow, you may have the opportunity to recruit, develop and manage your own team of FP&A analysts.
Salary and Rewards:

Hybrid working conditions:
This company can be flexible on their hybrid working conditions for the right candidate. Ideally you will be onsite 2-3 days a week, but if you live in Galway or other areas that mean your commute to their office in Mayo is a little too long for 3 days a week, they would like the chance to talk to you to discuss work-around options.
