Early Years Educator / Room Leader

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Deliver and maintain high-quality care that stimulates children and supports each child’s personal development.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to staff members within the room.
- Lead and deliver the curriculum and educational programme for the children in your care.
- Lead the preparation of materials and equipment to support children’s learning and development.
- Reinforce company policies and procedures at all times.
- Have a genuine passion for working with children and thrive within a team environment.
- Truly enjoy the company of children, with fun, warmth, and happiness at the centre of everything we do.
- Be kind, caring, compassionate, and fair.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Be self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Start Date
The position will commence on Wednesday, 26th August 2026.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €17.00-€20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39.0 per week
