Café Manager/Barista required for new cafe opening in Newport, Co.Mayo on June.
The manger will be responsible for the day to day running of the cafe.
Duties include opening/closing of the cafe, staff Management, rostering/scheduling, cash handling/til recording, ordering of supplies and general maintenance of the cafe, HACCP experience is essential, with an emphasis on cleanliness and organisation.
Barista/food experience is essential with a strong focus on both coffees/teas and food.
MCHUGH'S Cafés with eight locations is the west of Irelands leading independent cafes focusing on excellent customer service good coffee and cracking sandwiches.
Potential candidates should be hardworking, outgoing , capable of motivating a team, and most importantly abit of craic.
