Taylor McCarney Architects is seeking to expand our team with the addition of an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist, with a strong background in delivering Irish educational projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing practice, working on meaningful education-sector projects across multiple stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage school projects through various design stages
- Prepare and develop Department of Education & Youth Stage 1–2 reports
- Chair design team meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants
- Drive projects forward independently with minimal supervision
- Oversee day-to-day project delivery, including timelines and resourcing
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering educational/school projects in Ireland
- Strong knowledge of Department of Education & Youth processes and reporting
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Confidence in leading meetings and coordinating teams
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
