Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Sales Administrator to support our sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, customer communication, and sales coordination. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in sales support or business administration who has strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team
Management of our sales website and other Digital Marketing (social media) tasks
Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Support account managers with documentation and client communications
Help maintain filing systems and sales databases
Liaise with internal departments including finance, logistics, and customer service
Support service department on reception
Assist with general business errands and dad to day operational tasks as required,

Requirements

Full Irish Driving license required
Comfortable using social media platforms to support brand awareness, customer engagement and sales activity.
Previous administrative or customer service experience is desirable
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification required
