WHAT YOU WILL DO

Coordinate and manage daily sales administration activities, including preparation and submission of sales reports to the Sales Team and Management.
Handle distributor-related processes such as claims, stock transfers, credit notes, bank guarantee requests, renewals, and new distributor onboarding.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain monthly sales reports, KPI reports, sales presentations, and other management reports to support business decisions.
Process and monitor sales operational expenses, sales competition activities, and related documentation in a timely manner.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and special events while supporting the team with effective sales administration services.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Coordination, or a similar role.
Professional qualification or Bachelor’s degree or in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Familiar with Sales Force Automation (SFA) system.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
