Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic to join our growing team. This role involves maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of heavy goods vehicles in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and repair of heavy goods vehicles
Fault finding and diagnostics
Preventative maintenance scheduling and completion
Coordination of servicing and repairs
Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a diesel/HGV mechanic
Full clean driver’s licence
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to understand and work with technical data
Apprentices (Phase 5–7) may be considered
