Job Responsibilities

Execute marketing plans and campaigns independently, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Create engaging marketing content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, website content, and partner communications.
Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other content-generation platforms to develop high-quality content efficiently.
Adapt and optimize AI-generated content to match brand voice, audience needs, and marketing goals.
Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules across digital channels.
Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver marketing assets.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, digital marketing trends, and content best practices.

Shift: Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)

Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)

Job Requirements

G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
0–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, customer engagement, or related fields is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
Ability to use AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
