One Stop Fulfilment Ltd. a growing third-party logistics and fulfilment business providing warehousing, fulfilment and distribution services to customers across Ireland.
Operating from over 100,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, managing more than 10,000 SKUs, and distributing products nationwide across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, Camsaw Group is entering an exciting phase of continued growth and expansion.
As we scale for the future, we are seeking an exceptional Group Head of Operations to lead the operational backbone of the business, driving performance, accountability, efficiency and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Directors and will play a critical role in shaping the next stage of growth for both Camsaw Group and One Stop Fulfilment Ltd.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role for an ambitious and experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable systems, strong teams and high-performance cultures.
The successful candidate will take ownership of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, fulfilment, operational systems and process improvement across the Group.
They will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence today while developing the infrastructure, systems and people required to support the Group's future growth ambitions.
This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and in the boardroom; someone who leads from the front, drives accountability and consistently delivers results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operational Leadership
- Lead and manage all operational activities across the Group.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build scalable systems, structures and processes capable of supporting future expansion.
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, reliability and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Directors on operational planning, investment decisions and business strategy.
- Act as a key member of the senior leadership team.
Warehouse Operations & Distribution
- Oversee all warehouse operations including goods-in, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
- Ensure efficient management of a warehouse and distribution operation exceeding 100,000 sq. ft.
- Optimise warehouse layouts, workflows and operational efficiency.
- Manage nationwide distribution operations across Ireland.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently and on time.
- Drive improvements in productivity, service levels and operational performance.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and operational discipline.
Inventory Management & Stock Control
- Maintain exceptional stock accuracy across 10,000+ SKUs.
- Develop and implement robust inventory management procedures.
- Lead cycle counting, stock audits and reconciliation processes.
- Minimise stock discrepancies, losses and operational waste.
- Work closely with procurement and commercial teams to optimise stock availability and inventory performance.
- Implement reporting and controls to improve stock visibility and decision-making.
One Stop Fulfilment Ltd – Growth & Scale
One Stop Fulfilment Ltd is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfilment business within the Group.
The Group Head of Operations will play a key role in supporting and accelerating its growth by:
- Developing scalable fulfilment and logistics systems.
- Supporting the onboarding and integration of new fulfilment clients.
- Improving operational efficiency, service levels and profitability.
- Introducing automation, technology and best-in-class fulfilment processes.
- Creating KPI frameworks and operational reporting structures.
- Building operational capacity to support future client growth.
- Working closely with the Directors to develop and execute the growth strategy for the 3PL division.
- Establishing operational foundations capable of supporting significant future expansion.
This represents a unique opportunity to help build and scale a growing logistics business while leading an established and successful distribution operation.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate and develop a growing operations team of 15+ employees.
- Build a culture of professionalism, accountability and high performance.
- Set clear expectations, objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning.
- Recruit, develop and retain high-quality operational talent.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and leadership to managers and supervisors.
- Develop succession plans and leadership capability within the team.
Systems, Technology & Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
- Develop and improve warehouse, logistics and fulfilment systems.
- Drive digitalisation, automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Introduce meaningful operational KPIs and reporting dashboards.
- Lead continuous improvement projects across all operational functions.
- Work closely with software, ERP and WMS providers to maximise operational performance.
- Ensure systems and processes remain scalable as the business grows.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
- Promote a proactive and positive safety culture throughout the organisation.
- Maintain safe working practices and operational standards.
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with all operational, transport and regulatory requirements.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure operational performance consistently supports exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with sales, procurement and customer service teams.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service reliability.
- Ensure the Group's operational standards support long-term customer retention and growth.

Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior operations leadership role.
- Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, distribution or supply chain operations.
- Experience leading teams within a fast-paced growth environment.
- Strong track record of implementing operational improvements and delivering measurable results.
- Experience managing operational teams and developing leadership capability.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets and operational performance.
- Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes and scalable operational structures.

- ERP system implementation or management experience.
- Lean, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement qualifications.
