About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our steel engineering workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of fabricators and welders ensuring targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day workshop activities
Lead, motivate and manage a team
Ensure all work is completed in line with drawings and specifications
Monitor productivity and implement improvements where necessary
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Liaise with management and cad technicians

Requirements

Proven experience in engineering or fabrication environment
Planning and organising skills
Fluent English
Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Work well as part of a team
