Kavanagh's Bar & Venue is one of Ireland's best-known live music venues, hosting concerts, comedy, sporting events and private functions throughout the year.
We are looking for an ambitious and creative person to help us grow both businesses through ecommerce, digital marketing, content creation and AI-powered marketing tools.
This is a hands-on role where you will have real responsibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on two established local brands.
Key Responsibilities Ecommerce & Website Management Manage and update products on Shopify Create and optimise product listings Research and launch new product categories Assist with the development of gift boxes and seasonal promotions Improve website content and customer experience.
Help grow online sales and conversion rates Email Marketing Create and manage email campaigns Develop promotional calendars Grow customer engagement and repeat purchases Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements Digital Marketing Create content for social media platforms
Assist with promotional campaigns Support ticket sales and event promotion Develop marketing ideas to grow both brands AI & Automation Projects Work with AI tools including ChatGPT Assist in developing automated marketing workflows Help improve website content creation processes.
Explore opportunities to automate event listings, promotions and content generation. Business Development Research new product opportunities Assist with wine, spirits and gifting projects Monitor competitors and industry trends Contribute ideas to grow revenue and customer engagement What We're Looking For Studying or recently qualified in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Ecommerce or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills Creative and self-motivated Comfortable using social media platforms Interest in ecommerce and digital marketing.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Desirable Skills Shopify experience Canva or graphic design experience Photography or video editing skills Email marketing experience Interest in AI and automation tools.
