John Fleming Architects (JFA) is a leading commercial architectural practice based in Dublin 4, with a satellite office in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. The practice is recognised for delivering complex, high-quality projects across residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors.
We are seeking a highly experienced Architectural Technologist to join the Maynooth practice. The role is suited to a technically strong professional with a proven ability to contribute at a senior level and take ownership of project delivery.
JFA offers a collaborative, high-standards environment with exposure to significant commercial work and ongoing professional development. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
Job Requirements
Architectural Technologists are senior contributors within the design team, responsible for the technical delivery of planning, tender and construction documentation on complex projects.
The role suits an experienced professional with a degree in Architechtural Technology and a proven track record in multi-unit residential and commercial work, a thorough understanding of current Planning and Building Control requirements (including BCMS), and the confidence to engage directly with site teams to resolve technical issues. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, together with the ability to operate effectively across all project stages and within multidisciplinary teams.
Experience working within BIM standards and workflows is an advantage.
