About the Role

Caragh Nurseries is looking for an experienced and reliable Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. The role involves overseeing and carrying out a variety of landscaping and planting projects across residential and commercial sites.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in delivering high-quality projects, and can lead by example on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out and oversee planting projects including:
Trees
Hedging
Shrubs and planting schemes
Turf grass installation
Work closely with our garden designer to ensure projects are completed according to plan and specification
Organise and manage daily site tasks efficiently
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within timelines
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
Work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of using your own initiative

Requirements

Previous landscaping or horticultural experience essential
Experience leading or supervising projects preferred
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely
Full clean driving licence preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Comfortable with early morning starts and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and problem solve on-site
