The Sweet Flavourist plays a key role in flavour sales growth, flavour creation, flavour production and flavour library and raw material library maintenance by working efficiently to support customer briefs while maintaining a vision of what will work best for customers and Kerry. In this role selected candidate may extend Kerry’s capabilities by utilising a Trainee or Junior Flavourist to support initiatives and projects. This person will develop flavours and interact with customers, other flavourists, sensory scientists, production, and suppliers to ensure that goals are met and that briefs are completed in a timely manner. They will have an extensive understanding of raw materials, finished products, production, regulatory, analytical and flavour application. They will also have significant experience in his/her area of expertise and continues to grow in flavour development knowledge through organoleptic evaluation, experimentation, literature review and collaboration with other flavourists.
