We are currently recruiting an Food & Beverage Administrator to join our excellent Food & Beverage team at Carton House.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Director of Food & Beverage and senior F&B managers with administrative duties.
Monitor the dining reservation inbox for the Hotel.
Respond to all F&B guest correspondence via phone, email and messaging tools.
Liaising with Marketing department on various projects, menu updates and promotional content.
Update and print menus for all F&B outlets, group bookings and events.
Work closely with the HR Department regarding onboarding of Food & Beverage new starters and matters relating to employees in the department.
Ensure all information is current and up to date on Sevenrooms platform, training new users as required.
Liaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks.

The successful candidate will:

Minimum 1 year experience as a host or F&B reservations position
Ability to work on own initiative.
A real understanding of hotel operation.
Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
Previous hospitality experience desired.
A structured and organized approach to work planning.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft office
