Job Title: Front of House Receptionist
Location: Kilcock
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, organised, and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our busy dental practice in Kilcock. This is a key role where you’ll help create a positive first impression for every patient while keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Patient Experience

Welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
Support check-ins and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed

Appointments & Scheduling

Manage bookings, cancellations, and confirmations
Keep the daily schedule running efficiently

Phone & Communication

Answer calls, handle enquiries, and direct messages appropriately
Provide clear and helpful information to patients

Administration

Maintain accurate patient records
Assist with forms, documentation, and general office tasks

Billing & Insurance

Support patients with billing queries
Assist with insurance claims and coverage checks

Front Desk & Organisation

Keep the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming
Monitor and restock office supplies and patient materials

Team Support

Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff
Help ensure a smooth and coordinated patient journey

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (dental/medical experience is a bonus)
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
Confident using computer systems
A calm, professional approach—even in busy situations
A friendly, empathetic attitude with patients
Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
