Overview:
The ideal candidate will cover the business nationally have strong agricultural knowledge, with a particularly deep understanding of dairy cow health, fertility, and breeding management. This role is primarily field-based and will involve regular travel within assigned regions.
This role will have an attractive base salary and an opportunity to earn uncapped commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of the MooMonitor+ system across assigned regions and customer segments.
- Conduct on-farm product demonstrations and customer consultations.
- Maintain regular contact with farms to understand herd management needs and propose MooMonitor+ solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor solutions, and technological advancements in dairy herd monitoring.
- Communicate customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
- Represent the brand at agricultural shows, events, and demonstrations.
Experience, Qualifications & Personal Attributes:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in agriculture, agtech, or related equipment.
- Ability to explain technical products in a clear, practical manner.
- Strong background in dairy cow health, fertility, and breeding, with the ability to discuss herd reproductive performance confidently with farmers.
- Experience selling herd-management technology, sensors, or farm automation products desirable.
- Previous hands-on experience working with cows, particularly in roles involving breeding, fertility, or herd health desirable.
