To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in administration, reception, coordination, customer service, clinic, beauty or healthcare environments.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional, dependable approach.
- Confidence using booking systems, email and administrative software (experience with Phorest is desirable).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- A genuine interest in skincare, aesthetics, health or wellbeing.
- A desire to build a long-term career within an established and growing business.
- Full driving licence desirable.

At Skinsation Clinic, we have proudly provided results-driven skin treatments and exceptional client care for over 13 years. We are an established, busy and growing clinic with a loyal client base and a supportive team.
We are seeking a professional and organised Clinic Coordinator to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines administration, client care, organisation and operational support.
You will work closely with the clinic owner and therapists to ensure clients receive an exceptional experience while helping the clinic operate efficiently and effectively every day.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations
- Coordinate the daily running of the clinic.
- Ensure clinic standards, presentation and cleanliness are maintained.
- Identify and implement practical improvements to clinic efficiency and organisation.
- Support the clinic owner with operational and administrative tasks.
Client Experience
- Provide a warm, professional and welcoming experience for all clients.
- Manage appointments, bookings and diary scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, emails and client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support therapists to ensure appointments and schedules run smoothly.
Administration & Coordination
- Organise invoices, paperwork and administrative processes.
- Liaise with accountants and external suppliers when required.
- Assist with staff rotas, holiday requests and general team coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and clinic documentation.
Stock & Supplier Management
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when required.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage/pack online deliveries.
- Process online orders and coordinate dispatch and delivery arrangements.
