At Great Escape Rooms, we are looking for enthusiastic and energetic team members to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Team Member, you will help create an exciting and memorable experience for every group that visits us. You will interact directly with players, monitor games, provide clues, reset rooms, assist with reception duties, and help promote the business.
We are looking for quick learners with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Applicants should ideally be available for weekday shifts and able to commit to flexible or on-call work for private bookings.
Please note: We are generally not looking for students unless they are available to work full-time, mainly weekday shifts.
Main Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and briefing groups before games
- Monitoring games and providing clues when needed
- Encouraging and assisting customers throughout their experience
- Debriefing groups after games
- Resetting rooms quickly and accurately between bookings
- Helping with promotional and advertising activities
- Assisting with social media content and photography
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Reception and customer service duties
