SKIN CLINIC COORDINATOR
Skinsation Clinic is an established and growing skin clinic based in Galway, proudly caring for clients for over 13 years.
We are currently looking for a warm, organised and proactive Clinic Coordinator to join our team and help support the day-to-day running of our busy clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and professionally.
We are looking for someone with a good head on their shoulders — someone dependable, friendly, organised and capable of managing a busy front desk while supporting both clients and therapists throughout the day.
This is not just a basic reception role. The right person will become a very important part of the clinic and will help create a welcoming, calm and professional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
The Role Includes:
- Welcoming and checking in clients professionally and warmly
- Managing phone calls, emails and appointment bookings
- Keeping the reception and clinic running smoothly throughout the day
- Cashing up and processing client sales
- Supporting therapists with daily schedules and organisation
- Filling out consultation forms and ensuring client information is up to date
- Restocking retail and clinic supplies
- Packing and organising online orders
- Ordering stock and helping maintain stock levels
- Checking invoices and organising paperwork for accounts
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and professional clinic environment
- Assisting with general administration and day-to-day clinic organisation
The Ideal Person:
- Has previous experience in a clinic, salon or retail service environment
- Is highly organised and able to multitask
- Is calm under pressure and naturally solutions-focused
- Has strong communication and people skills
- Is professional, reliable and takes initiative
- Enjoys working as part of a close team
- Has good attention to detail
- Has confidence using computers and booking systems
- A full drivig licence and own transport would be an advantage
An interest in skincare, treatments and retail sales would be a strong advantage.
Experience with social media, content creation or email marketing is also a bonus — but not essential.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekend work
- Approx. 9:30am – 5:30/6:00pm
- Full-time preferred, although part-time may be considered for the right person
