Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales & Student Advisor to support the growth of our Thailand market.

This role is primarily focused on developing and managing relationships with education agencies across Thailand. You will be responsible for expanding Erin College's agency network, supporting partner agencies, and driving student enrolments through strategic B2B partnerships, while also assisting prospective students throughout their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing education agencies across Thailand.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners.
Conduct regular online meetings and training sessions with agency counsellors.
Support agency partners with course information, visa guidance, accommodation options, and promotional campaigns.
Respond to enquiries from agency partners and prospective students via phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.
Prospect, qualify, and follow up with new agency partners to maximise student enrolments.
Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets through agency partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activity within the Thailand market.
Represent Erin College at education fairs, workshops, networking events, and agency visits.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with agency partners and students.
Collaborate closely with the Admissions, Marketing, Academic, Finance, and Student Support teams to ensure an outstanding student experience.
Maintain accurate records and manage sales activities using CRM systems.

Requirements

Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Previous experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Education, Agency Management, or Student Recruitment.
Existing network of education agencies in Thailand is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with the Irish, UK, Australian, Canadian, or New Zealand education markets.
Familiarity with Irish student visa requirements.
Experience attending international education fairs and developing overseas markets.
Experience using CRM platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
