Holistic & Sports Massage Therapist (Self-Employed/Freelance)

Location: Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin
Job Type: Part-Time, with potential to become Full-Time

Relax Be Well is a 5-star Massage Therapy Studio located in Dún Laoghaire. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and reliable Holistic & Sports Massage Therapist to join our team.

Additional therapies such as Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and Reflexology are desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a good standard of spoken and written English.

Applicants must:

Be living in Ireland
Be self-employed/freelance
Be registered with a recognised Massage Therapy Association in Ireland

Training can be provided to familiarise therapists with our techniques and treatment protocols. We are looking for someone who is keen to develop their skills and grow with the business.

Performance-based bonuses and pay increases are available for dedicated and hardworking therapists.

Working Days

Monday
Tuesday
Friday
Two Saturdays per month (from September 2026)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Holistic and Sports Massage treatments
Assess clients' needs and provide appropriate treatments
Maintain a high standard of customer care and professionalism
Assist with occasional reception and administrative duties
Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and common areas
Carry out other duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

Recognised qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent)
Experience in Holistic Massage, Sports Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Experience in Reflexology or other complementary therapies is an advantage but not essential
Good level of spoken and written English is a must
Motivated, reliable, and able to work efficiently on your own initiative
Strong interpersonal and client care skills

Pay: €19.00-€21.00 per hour
