This is a great opportunity to join a growing production team where training, safety, and career development are genuinely valued.

Whether you already have hands-on experience or are keen to take the next step in your welding career, this role offers stability, variety, and the chance to grow.

Key responsibilities:

Working as part of a skilled production team fabricating metal components.
Carrying out MIG welding and basic TIG welding tasks.
Reading and working from engineering drawings and instructions.
Preparing materials and finishing components using hand tools and grinders.
Checking your own work and maintaining high quality standards.
Working in a clean, safe, and organised environment.

Please note the above duties and responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive list. To achieve business objectives, other duties may be included at the discretion of the line manager.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

At least 1 years’ experience in welding or fabrication.
Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding.
Ability to follow drawings and work instructions.
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Good teamwork and communication skills.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

Welding certification or formal training
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
