Full job description

If you have a passion to work in a busy environment then maybe we are what you are looking for? We have a 3 or 5 day week permanent position available in our Letterkenny depot, the successful candidate will be required to operate in a busy office as we operate in the fast moving wholesale foodservice sector and retail, and they will also help in our store outlet from time to time that is time prevailing.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- General Office Administration.

- Preparing Lodgement to go to the Bank.

- Checking Purchases Orders and moving to Good Received for Posting.

- Assist with answering the phone and making calls.

- Help operating the till and dealing with the public in the Food Outlet.

-This will involve a Saturday 8.45 am to 4pm.

-KPI paid and this amounts to €2,500.00

Qualities we are looking for:

The position has a varied work load and all necessary training will be given to the right candidate. We are seeking someone with the following qualities:

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft.

- Have a hands on approach and the ability to work on their own initiative.

- Be organized and motivated.

- Good communication skills.

- Be fully flexible within the needs of the business.

- Be a team player.

- This will be a starting position/ role in our company and for the right person they will progress to do other Job's within the office and company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.15-€16.50 per hour
