About RVR

RVR Energy Technology is a leading innovative Irish provider of heating and cooling systems, with over 40 years of experience in energy-efficient technology. We specialise in commercial and domestic heat pumps, air source systems, and controls.

The role

You'll join our Aftersales team, handling commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance of advanced heating and cooling equipment — with a focus on air source heat pumps. This is a great fit if you enjoy problem-solving and want to deepen your expertise in heat pump technology.

What you'll do

Commission commercial and residential heat pump systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment faults
Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance visits
Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal teams
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Work to F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards

What you need

QQI Level 6 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
Full, valid F-Gas certification
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Full clean driving licence
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
Good communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with R290 or CO₂-based systems
Familiarity with BMS and system controls
