Full job description

We are looking for a Manager to lead all aspects of our business in Oak Fire Pizza in Clonakilty, West Cork. This is a full-time, permanent contract.

The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality managerial standard and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

We cannot provide Visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities include:

Management of daily operations and fulfillment of Front of House Duties including serving customers.

Hiring, training, supervising and appraising both front of house and back of house teams

Maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the restaurant and kitchen

Manage restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve it

Promote the brand in the local community through involvement with local events, word-of-mouth etc.

Work to Oak Fire Pizzas standard operating procedures and liaise with Management to implement new policies and protocols that will improve future restaurant operations

Manage staff rotas and monitor payroll

***Previous Hospitality Management required***

This position does not include accommodation.
