Job Opportunity: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Remote) – Tree & Landscaping Company .

Location: Work Remotely
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: To Be Discussed

We are a professional and growing Tree Surgery & Landscaping Company looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our operations remotely. This role is ideal for someone with strong admin experience, who can work independently and handle key back-office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

General administrative support to management and field crews
Managing and processing weekly payroll
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Drafting and maintaining method statements and health & safety documentation
Organising digital files, insurance certs, and compliance paperwork
Handling emails, calls, and scheduling support
Keeping records, logs, and job tracking systems up to date

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in administration, ideally in construction, landscaping, or a similar field
Familiarity with payroll and VAT processes.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently from home
Good communication and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Experience drafting method statements or H&S documents (preferred, not essential)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour
