Early Years Educator -Job Requirements

Knowledge of Aistear Curriculum — understanding and applying the principles of Aistear in daily practice.
Proven ability to work professionally with parents and staff while showing open communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on own initiative as well as in collaboration with others.
Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Learning and Care required; First Aid and Manual Handling are an advantage.
Professional approach to work and openness to ongoing learning and development.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond well in challenging situations.
