Business Contribution
Support local sales, distributors or end users on IS project application analysis, product selection and/or schematic design, on-site training, pre-sales and after-sales service and technical support. Support sales to complete the sales and profit targets.
What you will do:
-
Answer technical inquiries from Customers and Sales Team, provide project design.
-
Recommend technical solution, conduct site survey when required.
-
Responsible for preparing/presenting technical proposals.
-
Lead/attend meetings with Customers and/or Sales Team to provide inputs from engineering perspective.
-
Organize/conduct on-site communication and service when required.
-
Provide theoretical and practical training to Customers and Sales Team when required.
-
Support local sourcing/manufacturing projects when required.
-
Responsible for problem-solving manufacturing, assembly and/or application issues.
-
Mentor other Application Engineers.
-
Manage the workload of other Application Engineers when Engineering Manager is not present.
-
Maintain current knowledge of the marketplace through regular contact with customers and distributors.

Submit accurate expense reports on a monthly basis and every project.

Participate in the HSE management and activities in order to achieve Goal Zero.
What makes you an ideal candidate:
Education background/Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree (BS) from a four-year university in mechanical or hydraulic discipline.
Working experience:
-
Engineer design/application experience on mechanical and/or hydraulic area of at least 3-5 years is required.
-
Multinational company experience at least 2-3 years is preferred.
Skills:
-
Practical technical aptitude is required.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems is required.
-
Knowledge of hydraulic systems is preferred.
-
Ability to manage concurrent projects independently and in a team environment is required.
- Have people management experience is desirable.
-
Computer skills in AutoCAD, 3D design, Microsoft Office and presentational PowerPoint are required.
-
Good communication skills required.
-
English oral and written skills desirable.

Willing to travel frequently.
