Sales Negotiator / Property Advisor
Smith Property is seeking an ambitious, polished and commercially minded Sales Negotiator / Property Advisor to join our growing Bailieborough office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who wants to develop a long-term career within a progressive multi-office property business.
We are not looking for someone simply to conduct viewings.
We are seeking a future fee generator and relationship builder who can contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential property viewings
- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong local relationships
- Manage buyer and vendor enquiries professionally
- Assist with valuations and market appraisals
- Negotiate sales effectively
- Progress sales through to completion
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer service
- Support marketing and promotional activity
- Contribute positively to office revenue growth
- Weekend work as part of the role

Essential Requirements
- PSRA licence essential (A,B,C)
- Full clean driving licence essential
- Own transport essential
- Strong communication and marketing ability
- Professional presentation and manner
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Good local knowledge advantageous
- Previous property experience preferred
