We are looking for General Operatives and Production Technicians to join our UCT Team. UCT is a global leader that manufactures and cleans electronic parts. This business unit offers tool chamber parts cleaning, coating as well as micro-contamination analysis for its customers.
The purpose of this position is to perform parts-cleaning tasks in accordance with agreed delivery time, orders and quality specifications, as delegated by Production.
Responsibilities:
- To check the order specs and related materials; to complete order reports and run sheets.
- To perform chemical parts cleaning jobs.
- To perform wet and dry jet cleaning jobs
- To adhere to all current safety procedures and quality procedures.
- To monitor levels of parts cleaning chemicals; to keep the workplace and equipment clean and orderly.
- To work in the cleanroom.
- To co-operate fully with team colleagues and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Must be flexible
- Previous experience of working with Chemicals is an advantage.
- Previous experience of working in a factory or cleanroom environment is an advantage.
- Fluent in English
- Great interpersonal skills
- Hands-on attitude
- Ability to lift and handle parts up to 20 kgs.
