Full job description

Bookkeeper

Due to the expansion and growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to look after the day-to-day finance functions across a number of sites/locations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Input of Invoices and Credit notes
Monthly Reconciling of Supplier Statement
Monitoring of debtors list
Preparation of weekly payments run schedule and Bank payments
Bank Reconciliations
Preparation of ROS submissions (VAT, PAYE, RCT)
Maintenance of Inbox – ensuring all documents received are processed and all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
Weekly & Monthly Payroll
Weekly Timesheets & Employee Expenses
General administration duties

Key behaviours/Competencies

2-5 years’ in a similar role
Strong accounts payable / purchases ledger posting experience in a high volume environment
Working knowledge in Accounts Payable, Payroll and Banking
Good working level of VAT & RCT.
Will suit a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and working as part of a small team.
Understanding of Construction Industry is an advantage but not essential
Experience using Quickbooks or similar accounts package

Pay: €28,300.00-€49,668.84 per year
