Full job description

Senior Sales Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and management, with the ability to lead employees, maintain company operations, and deliver excellent customer service.

This is a hands-on role that requires a dedicated multitasker who can successfully balance management responsibilities with active sales duties on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support daily staff operations
Lead, motivate, and manage employees to achieve sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
Handle company paperwork, reports, and administrative duties
Maintain accurate company and customer records
Ensure compliance with company procedures and sales policies
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Operate the till/register and actively participate in sales
Monitor inventory and assist with stock management when required
Maintain a professional and organized work environment

Requirements

Previous experience in sales supervision or retail management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling administrative and office-related duties
Confident in customer service and direct sales
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working on the sales floor
