SSL Shipping Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team in Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role and must be fluent in an Indian language.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments from start to finish.
- Liaise with customers, carriers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure shipments are processed efficiently.
- Prepare and process all relevant shipping documentation, including HAWB, MAWB and IATA Airway Bills.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure all data is kept up to date.
- Ensure shipping documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with operational and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IATA, GDP, HPRA, aviation, QSHE and ISO standards.
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the export process.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Hours: 39 hours per week
Annual Remuneration: €36,605 per annum
