As a Senior Program Manager within the Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing key customer projects to the relevant standards of quality and performance, while also assuming ownership of a number of workstreams within our internal transformation program at Everseen.
You will work closely with System Engineers assigned to your customer projects, and also cross-functionally with other Everseen teams including Sales, Product, and Software Engineering. We are looking for a strategic, self-starting leader who thrives on excellence and is capable of managing both external delivery and internal change.
- Be accountable for the successful execution, management, and delivery of customer projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Create, maintain, and update project plans, tracking all tasks, milestones, risks, and issues throughout the delivery process.
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of customer projects, managing all aspects of these projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead all customer communication for your assigned projects, fostering a close working relationship and serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects, engaging with internal teams such as Product Development, Engineering, and Sales to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Coordinate all reporting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide innovative and effective solutions to address challenges encountered during project execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of Everseen's applications, prerequisites, dependencies, and use cases to effectively guide customers and internal teams.
- Understanding all the use cases of Everseens' software, you will help guide customers through user acceptance tests.
- Access historical project data to facilitate accurate forecasting and decision-making.
- Assist with coordinating system performance analysis with technical and data teams, ensuring the successful integration and functionality of customer systems.
- Assist with the management of ongoing deployments and upgrades, integrating them into existing projects. Ensure deployments are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with customers to test and validate new features, gathering feedback for improvement, and incorporating same into Product Team.
- Take ownership of key elements within our internal transformation program, overseeing these workstreams from strategic planning through to successful execution and benefits realisation.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and workstream leads from across the business, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring accountability.
- Manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation and change management strategies to ensure program success.

- You have 7 - 10 years of experience in project & program management, with a strong background of working in a global matrixed organization.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex business transformation or change management programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex portfolio of both internal strategic programs and external customer-facing projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders around a strategic vision.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools such as JIRA is an advantage.
- A proactive self-starter with the capacity to engage in multiple initiatives concurrently and the ability to inspire and guide teams without direct authority.
- Keen interest in Everseen's technology solutions, comfortable discussing them at a high level, and staying updated with the latest developments.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all project and program documentation.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings or other project-related activities.
- A relevant degree qualification is preferred.
- A Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in project execution and documentation.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, project kick-offs, or other project-related activities
