We are a family-run company based in Cork, currently seeking a reliable and motivated senior Furniture Delivery & Installation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, assembling, and installing furniture and related products for both residential and commercial customers throughout Ireland. A full, clean driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and install furniture and other products to homes and businesses.
- Load and unload company vehicles on a daily basis.
- Assemble furniture to a high standard on-site when required.
- Travel throughout Ireland to complete deliveries and installations.
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and help maintain company vehicles in good condition.
- Work closely with the administration team to address and resolve any customer or delivery-related issues.
- Follow company procedures while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Experience
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Previous experience in a similar delivery, installation, or furniture fitting role.
- Strong furniture assembly and installation skills.
- Good geographical knowledge of Ireland.
- Highly organised, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including overtime when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
